My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. While the rooms were not ready when I arrived at 2 am, which was a bit inconvenient, the staff made sure everything was supervised. However, the rooms were full of broken facilities, which was disappointing. On the bright side, the location was fantastic, close to Prince Edward station where all the tourist action is, yet quiet and with plenty of nearby amenities. The service was good, with staff making an effort with English communication and being helpful, but it could be smoother. Overall, it's a decent accommodation option with a mix of positives and negatives.
